Exchange, Returns, & Refunds

All personal care goods (such as beauty products) are considered not returnable or refundable items. 

Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.


Canceling 

Customers may cancel an order before it ships from our facility as long as it has not been packed or staged for shipping.


Missing Package 

LilyLux Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. LilyLux Collection will provide each customer with tracking information if they proceed to investigate the delivery with the carrier independently.

Please know, it is on the customer to provide an accurate address in the shipping information. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. 


Damages and issues

Shifting of items along with wear and tear of packaging during transit is typically expected upon the arrival or your package due to handling by the carrier. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
